The Brief:
People’s Association wanted to gamified their Policy Quizzes to make it more interesting than filling up a form.

The Solution:
We created a Gamified Quiz for the learners!

In this Interactive quiz, the learners will play as a new Town Council Member. They will interact with various characters in their town. The characters have their unique problems, and by talking to them, the learners understand their needs and situations, at the same time learn about the Policies that can assist them.

To improve retention, we added an Achievement system. As the learners progress in the game, they will earn badges. The Achievements also improved the learners’ Quiz completion rate and enticed them to do even better than before.
